With more than a decade of experience in customer service and five years managing operations in the landscape and irrigation industry, Rhonda McCumber plays a key role in keeping Buchek Landscape & Irrigation running efficiently behind the scenes. She oversees the firm’s day-to-day office functions, including client communication, invoicing, payroll, HR, accounts payable and receivable, and internal project tracking.

Rhonda began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she developed a people-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. Those same qualities now guide her work in managing complex administrative systems and supporting both office staff and field crews.

Known for her problem-solving approach and steady leadership, Rhonda helps ensure that clients, vendors, and team members experience a high level of organization and service. Whether coordinating logistics or jumping in to support a crew, she keeps operations moving and morale high.
